We’re excited to announce our new referral program, running until November 1st, 2024, that rewards you with a free 2024 re:Invent ticket.

Simply refer a friend to CloudForecast, and if they sign up, we’ll donate to a charity of your choosing! If they become a paying customer after the Free Trial, you’ll get a ticket to one of the biggest cloud conferences for FREE.99!

It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the word about CloudForecast and helping us grow!

We believe in the power of community and want to give back to our amazing users. By participating, you’re not only helping us grow, but you’re also getting the opportunity to attend re:Invent and network with industry leaders, learn about the latest in cloud technology, and have a great time.

Here’s How It Works

1. Refer a Friend:

• If you know someone in your network struggling with AWS cost visibility at their company, refer them to CloudForecast! We’ll happily chat with them and see if we can help.

2. They Sign Up:

• Your referral signs up and qualifies for a CloudForecast’s Enterprise Plan.
• You can also introduce us via email at [email protected] OR have them mention your email in the signup process in the “How Did You Hear About Us?” field.

3. Earn Rewards:

• If your referral successfully starts a Free Trial, CloudForecast will donate $50 to a charity of your choice (US-based 501c3). We’ll reach out to coordinate and provide a receipt.
• If they become a paying customer of our Enterprise Plan, you’ll receive a free ticket to re:Invent.

Qualification Criteria

For the $50 Charity Donation:

• They must qualify for our Enterprise Plan and start a 30-day Free Trial (successful CUR connection needed).
• Set up an onboarding and discovery call with Francois and Tony!

For the Free re:Invent Ticket:

• Your referral must become an active & paying customer on an Annual Enterprise Plan after the Free Trial.
• Once your referral subscription and annual payment are confirmed, we’ll sort out your free re:Invent ticket directly!
• One Company Sign Up = One Referral.

We’re not limiting the number of re:Invent tickets you can earn for referrals (one company sign up = one referral). If you want to send your whole team, all you need to do is to get multiple friends in your network to check out CloudForecast.

This referral program is a limited run for this year’s re:invent! You have until November 1st, 2024 to make it happen.

Legal Disclaimer for CloudForecast Referral Program

The CloudForecast Referral Program (“Program“) is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: Participation in the Program is open to individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under U.S. law. CloudForecast reserves the right to determine eligibility and may disqualify any participant at its sole discretion.
2. Referral Process: Referrals must be made in accordance with the instructions provided in the Program documentation. CloudForecast is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information submitted during the referral process.
3. Rewards: Rewards under the Program, including charity donations and AWS re:Invent tickets, are contingent upon the successful completion of specified criteria as outlined in the Program documentation. CloudForecast reserves the right to modify, substitute, or cancel any reward at its sole discretion.
4. No Transfer or Cash Value: Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. AWS re:Invent tickets may only be used by the participant who earned them and are subject to the terms and conditions of the event organizer.
5. Tax Implications: Participants are solely responsible for any tax implications or reporting requirements related to their participation in the Program and the receipt of any rewards.
6. Program Changes: CloudForecast reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will be posted on CloudForecast’s website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
7. Disputes: Any disputes arising from or related to the Program shall be governed by the laws of the State in which CloudForecast is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By participating in the Program, participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that State.
8. Limitation of Liability: CloudForecast shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, including but not limited to any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if CloudForecast has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. No Endorsement: Participation in the Program does not imply any endorsement by CloudForecast of the participant or their business practices.
10. Confidentiality: Participants agree to keep any non-public information regarding CloudForecast and its business practices confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without CloudForecast’s prior written consent.

By participating in the CloudForecast Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
